Strategic Link provides a wide portfolio of on-site training at your facility with senior management, supervisory staff, specific departments, or at the workstation. Whether groups are large or small, our training is customized, interactive, and focused on specific business issues. Our trainers are skilled at providing targeted information and engaging staff in the learning process.

Based on the needs of the business, our training can be focused on specific topics or can be part of a multiple-module program. Our training content is continuously updated to incorporate new technology, learning styles, and proven theories and business models. We utilize self-assessment tools for each attendee, specific training case studies, existing departmental or business working documents and performance data, and assign post-training action items as applicable.

6 – 8 module program addressing leadership traits and Emotional Intelligence, communication and listening styles, effective conflict management techniques, creating high-performing teams, and driving accountability.

3 – 4 module program addressing coach and mentor roles, proven processes to align potential motives and outcomes, clearly aligning goals and expectations, and teaching skills to get the most out of your employee.

Communication

typically a 4 module program focused on understanding the impact of communication styles on performance, listening styles and how people process information, and how to approach difficult conversations in the workplace for higher levels of success.

Behavioral Hiring

4 module program focused on understanding that team culture and fit is just as important as technical acumen. Attendees will also learn interviewing techniques to hire the right candidate.

Lean Process

6 – 8 module program focused on identifying process waste and highlighting and eliminating non-value added activities. The Lean program typically includes Value Stream Mapping, establishing single piece flows, eliminating unwanted inventory, and striving to maximize processing and production cycle times.

ISO 9001 or AS9100

typically a 6 – 8 module program focused on the industry-accepted Quality Management System Requirements. Employees will learn how to develop effective process documentation that will “pass" a certification audit by a professional auditor.

ISO 9001 or AS9100 Auditing

6 – 8 module program focused on how to plan and perform systematic audits that will add value to a business and be positively accepted by customer and 3rd party certification agencies.

QMS Auditor

4 module program that teaches how to establish a multifaceted quality management system. Attendees will learn how to establish metric and reporting systems that facilitate senior management decision making; how to establish robust Root Cause and Corrective Action Systems; and how to develop continuous improvement processes that drive both effectiveness and cost savings.
