Strategic Link's management served as past presidents of 3 different organizations making us a natural fit for your coaching and mentoring needs. Strategic Link uses a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring, and has been part of the Executive Growth Forum and TEC Key Executive Leadership Development program for over 15 years. Through our active involvement, we can leverage the guidance and knowledge provided us by other industry leaders and CEOs.

The Strategic Link Coaching and Mentoring program is customizable to meet your business or management needs. Our approach includes a variety of coaching methods and processes, whether for senior managers or emerging leaders. The frequency and duration is up to the client and can be periodic or at a set business cadence.

Some Examples of Strategic Link Coaching and Mentoring are:

Executive Coaching

one-on-one or with a select group of the senior team focused on driving strategic direction and financial performance. This may also include planning and facilitating off-site strategic sessions with the company's management team.

Management Or Supervisory Mentoring

one-on-one or with a select group of moderate to high level managers in the business. The goal is to establish and implement annual operational planning, reporting, metrics collection, and action plans that facilitate the strategic direction established by top leadership.

Emerging Leaders

one-on-one sessions with individuals with high potential for success in leadership and management positions, but don't have the track record or experience managing staff yet. Employees will hone their skills to achieve enhanced and accelerated growth and development.

Quality Management Representative

serve as or provide support and guidance for quality professionals that are new to the role of ISO 9001 or AS9100 Management Representative.

Lean Program

group sessions with Lean Management and Process Improvement Teams or Lean Champions. Strategic Link will assist with Lean Plan development and implementation, and with keeping the teams on track to achieve their goals.
