Stephen Marquedant the president and founder of Strategic Link has been involved in the training and quality consulting industry for over 20 years working with companies such as Boeing, NASA, Raytheon, EMC, FAA, Lockheed Martin, and General Motors. Stephen has served as the President of National Quality Assurance, Inc a leading ISO 9000 registrar and training organization for over 10 years. A degreed engineer, RAB registered lead auditor (Q2085), Lean Process expert and TEC key executive member, he has evaluated the effectiveness of over 500 organizations ranging in size from single employee to over 10,000 and has been trained by the leading executives in their fields.  Denise Welch
Denise Welch is president of Supply Chain Management Consulting, based in Southborough, Massachusetts. She offers Strategic Link clients training in supply chain services as part of our Lean Process training packages. Denise has Over twenty years of progressive Supply Chain Management and Business Process Reengineering experience as an Operation’s executive and consultant, working with such companies as: Boston Warehouse Trading Corporation, OCEANAIR, Inc., Horizon Air Services, Inc., Horizon Logistics, Inc., National Quality Assurance – USA, and Sengine, Inc.  Ruth Bennett
Ruth Bennett is a professional consultant who provides training and executive coaching/consulting in communication and the management of people to a wide variety of organizations. She has a strong entrepreneurial background and exceptional communication and training skills. She has developed a strong track record of designing, delivering and selling training, consulting, and education services. She has worked extensively for the Army in R&D sectors and for utilities. Other clients have included Liberty Mutual, Unum, Honeywell, Massachusetts Housing and Finance Agency, Digital Credit Union, Brandeis University, Corcoran Management Company, Steeltek Manufacturing, General Electric, Sun Life of Canada. Publications include articles in professional journals in the United States and Canada and two privately published books in sales and management. Ruth has her B.A. and M.A. from Emerson College, and she teaches at the University of Phoenix, Boston campus.  Gary Boyer
Gary Boyer has been a professional writer—in advertising, public relations, and marketing--for twenty-four years. He’s taught business and technical writing, and integrated marketing communications at Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, and SUNY Empire State College. He’s developed customized training for corporate managers at Eliassen Group, Eric Mower and Associates, Niagara Mohawk Power Company, Roberts Communications, and for the U.S. Army Budget Office. Gary holds a BA from Gannon University and an MA from Syracuse University.
